本文针对高校基层支部培养党员和入党积极分子的问题,通过对青年教师思想状态特点分析,提出青年教师中培养入党积极分子应坚持的三项原则,并结合支部实践,总结了具体的有效地做法。

This article trains the party member in view of the university basic unit branch and joins a political party the activist question,through to the young teacher thought condition characteristic analysis,proposes in the young teacher to raise joins a political party three principles which the activist should insist,and unified the branch to practice,summarized the concrete effectively procedure.
