浅析离退休人员思想现状和思想政治工作

江汉油田离退休人员达到三万人以上,是油田企业庞大的非在职群体,也是油田矿区和谐稳定建设的重要力量。本文分析了离退休人员的思想状况,就加强离退休人员思想政治工作提出了粗浅的思路和主要对策。
