房价过高问题及对策探析

改革开放以来,我国房地产业得到迅速发展,近年来房地产价格持续稳定上涨,已远远超过一般人所能承受的经济能力。为此基于对我国房价上涨的成因分析,并有针对性地提出了解决房价问题的对策建议。
