改革开放是中国共产党带领全国人民进行的一场伟大的历史变革,当前我国经济社会生活中存在的一些深层次矛盾,归根到底都要靠深化改革来解决。新世纪新阶段,科学发展观作为党的三代中央领导集体关于发展思想的继承与发展,是马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想既一脉相承又与时俱进的科学理论,科学发展观对于我国经济社会发展,进一步深化改革开放具有重要的指导意义。
