中国对非援助的历史演进及其特点

这是一篇探讨新中国成立后,中国对非援助的进程演变的文章。重点梳理了中国近五十多年的援非历程,并分三个方面总结了中国的援非经验,即:非政治化、发展一致与民生援助,分析了中国的援助对非洲国家产生的积极影响,探究了中国方面在对非援助和对非交往实践中的一些不被重视的趋势,并做了分析。

This thesis research on China foreign aid to Africa since 1949. Especially, Summarized the process of aid to Africa countries in the last 50 years. And concluded three aspects experience of China foreign aid to africa, as follows: nonpoliticized, coordinate with national development and aid to people's livelihood. As well known, China aid play a significant role in Africa country’s development, but some details of tendency in the aid processes are ignored by our research. My thesis is committee to these ignored details.
