行政问责层级内涵与价值探讨

当前我国对于行政问责的研究正在不断深入,主要是从行政问责的内涵、问责程序、问责制度等方面进行探讨,而对于行政问责层级研究尚属空白。就当前我国公共行政而言,明确行政问责层级,有助于行政问责效果的实现。基于此,本文提出行政问责层级的概念并对其研究价值进行探讨,希望对行政问责的深入研究能够有所助益。

Current our country regarding administrative accountability research unceasingly thorough, is mainly from administrative aspects and so on accountability connotation, accountability procedure, accountability system carries on the discussion, but was still blank regarding the administrative accountability level research. Based on this, this article proposed that the administrative accountability level's concept and carries on the discussion to its research value, hoped that can have to the administrative accountability's deep research is of help.
