摘要
我国自从1998年国家对福利分房叫停之后,房地产市场就出现了持续已达二十年的繁荣发展期,银行对于房地产市场的繁荣发展起到了至关重要的作用。本文将就银行所面临的个人房地产信贷业务风险,进行分析讨论。
Since 1998 the state of welfare housing stop, the real estate market has already seen a continued period of two decades of prosperity and development banks for housing boom has played a crucial role. This paper will face personal bank real estate credit risk, were analyzed and discussed.
