试论完善我国食品安全信息公开制度的紧迫性

我国食品安全事故频出的根源在于政府监管不力,而食品安全政府监管方面最大的阻力又在于食品安全信息透明度不够,因此,完善食品安全信息公开制度的是中国政府目前解决食品安全问题工作的重中之重。
