摘要
我国食品安全事故频出的根源在于政府监管不力,而食品安全政府监管方面最大的阻力又在于食品安全信息透明度不够,因此,完善食品安全信息公开制度的是中国政府目前解决食品安全问题工作的重中之重。
China's food safety incidents is the source of frequent weak government regulation, government regulation of food safety aspects of the greatest resistance and transparency in food safety information is not enough, therefore, improve the food safety information disclosure system is the Chinese government is working to address food safety issues a top priority.
