浅析企业政工工作存在的问题与对策

当前是社会转型期,思想政治工作能否有效开展事关企业的稳定和发展。各个企业的政工队伍建设在新时期变得尤为重要,为此,本文首先概述了政工以及政工师的概念,继而分析了当前在我国企业内部政工队伍建设中所存在的问题,最后一出了一些对策、建议,希望能对我国的政工队伍建设有所裨益。

In the current social,ideological and political work can affect enterprises′stability and development. Each enterprise's administrative team construction in the new period is particularly important, therefore, this paper firstly summarized the concept of administrative and political, then analyzes the existing problems, finally we give some Suggestions.
