试论行为科学在企业管理及思想政治工作中的作用

行为科学是一门研究做人的工作技巧的科学,研究人的行为规律,行为动机、群体与个体的相互作用,研究如何提高人的工作、生活质量。人的管理是企业管理的一个重要课题,更是政工人员工作的重要内容。目前中央提出构建社会主义和谐社会,促进人的全面发展,以人为本,人文关怀,尊重人作为重要口号提出,以人为本在科学发展观中处于核心地位。

The behavioral science is one studies personhood's work skill science, studies person's behavior rule, the behavior motive, the community and the individual interaction, how studies to enhance person's work, the quality of life. Human's management is a business management important topic, is the important content which the political officers work. At present central proposed that the construction socialism harmonious society, promotes person's full scale development, humanist, the humanities concern, respects the human to take the important slogan to propose, is at the core position humanist in the scientific development concept.
