对当前县级公办中学财务管理的思考

公办中学是基层教育体系的重要组成部分。加强县级公办中学的财务管理是对教育资源的合理配置与有效利用的重要手段。当前我国公办中学的财务管理还存在着一些问题,使教育经费得不到有效利用,间接降低了学校的管理水平。笔者认为有必要加强县级中学特别是公办中学的财务管理,才能合理使用有限的教育资金,实现教育的事业可持续发展。

Strengthens county level handles fairly middle school's financial control is to the educational resources reasonable disposition and the effective use important means. Current our country handles fairly middle school's financial control also to have some problems, enables the educational expenditure not to be able to obtain the effective use, lowered the school management level indirectly. The author thought that has the necessity to strengthen the county level middle school specially handles fairly middle school's financial control, can use the limited educational finance reasonably, realizes the education enterprise sustainable development.
