政治沟通视野下网络在政治参与中的应用研究

网络作为新型的通讯工具和大众传媒,进入我国之后,便得到了迅猛的发展。作为一种沟通工具和大众媒体,它的必然会应用到公民政治参与的各个环节,对政治参与领域产生影响。本文主要从政治沟通的角度对网络在公民信息收集、公民平行沟通互动、社会舆论形成、政府公众沟通等方面的应用进行了分析。

As a new communication tool and mass media, network has been seen a rapid development after it entered the country. As the communication tool and the mass media, it’s bound to be applied to all aspects of civil and political participation, thus make profound impacts in the political participation. From the perspective of political communication, this article analyses the applications of network in all area as: information gathering in the civil, civil communication and interaction, the formation of public opinion, communication of government and public and so on.
