我国农村基本公共服务供给不均等原因分析

本文结合我国农村突出存在着公共产品供给总量不足、供需结构失衡、供给效率和质量低下及供给的城乡地区不均衡等问题,对其基本公共服务供给现状进行分析得出:城乡二元的供给制度、供给主体错位严重、"自上而下"的供给决策机制及供给监督管理体制缺乏是问题的主要原因。
