高校知识产权法教学的若干思考

我国知识产权法相关立法较晚,是一个新兴的专业。在高校有关知识产权法的教育起步较晚,尚未形成比较完善的知识产权法教育体系,知识产权法的教学模式以及教学法研究有限。文章结合教学实践,针对教学实践中出现的种种问题,提出有针对性的解决方案。
