论全员育人的途径和方法

全员育人是思想政治教育的重要理念,充分发挥全校教师、思想政治辅导员、非教学岗位工作人员的育人作用,全校动员,全员参与,在此过程中重点要明确各个岗位职责,培养全员育人新理念,将育人工作做在平时,落在实处,本文从全员育人的方法和途径角度提出建议,在梳理概念的基础上提供一些参考方法,以保障思想政治教育工作的顺利开展。
