拍卖方式及其在国债发行中的应用

我国国债发行从1996年开始引用拍卖方式至今,经过不断的尝试和调整,正向市场化稳步过渡。但国债拍卖机制还很不完善,存在亟待改善的问题。因此,研究拍卖方式在其国债发行中的应用有着重要的现实意义。

Our country national debt release starts from 1996 to quote the auction way until now,underwent the unceasing attempt and the adjustment,the forward marketability transited with steady steps.But the national debt auction mechanism is very imperfect,the existence urgently awaits the question which improves.Therefore,the research auction way has the vital practical significance in its national debt release's application.
