摘要
面对航运经济高速发展的新形势,本文提出了加强安全意识教育、重视教材编写、改革现有考试模式等六个相关措施,力求能够提高我国船员的整体素质,促进我国航运业的发展。
Facing the new situation of rapidly developed shipping economy,this paper puts forward six relating measures,such as enhancing education of safety consciousness,paying attention to textbook writing,reforming existing assessment mode and so on,to enhance the overall quality of our country and promote our shipping industry development.
