党的十六大以后,我国进入"以工促农、以城带乡"新阶段,十六届五中全会提出社会主义新农村建设的宏伟目标。"工业反补农业,城市支持农村"方针成新农村建设的重要指导思想。本文主要分析了"城市支持农村"这一方针的内涵。
