铁路建设中乡村征地拆迁工作反思——基于各方利益的博弈视角

铁路建设惠及千家万户,然而建设中的征地拆迁工作是一个无法逾越和回避的现实性难题,其过程涉及到多者之间的关系,如果处理不当就会损害各方利益。本文主要从被征地(拆迁)农民、当地政府、铁办和施工单位等各方利益的博弈视角出发,对征地拆迁过程中的博弈现象进行评析,并结合现实进行反思,进而提出共赢、高层负责制和村民自建维权组织等建议和措施。
