改进国有林场政工工作方式的新探索

政工干部的工作水平、业务素质、工作效能,直接关系一个企业思想政治工作的整体质量和实际效果。随着改革的深入,林业政工干部在生存环境、工作方法和存在价值等方面面临新的挑战。本文旨在通过对国有企业政工队伍的现状及存在问题的分析,初步探索出国有企业政工队伍转型主要途径。
