结合实际浅谈如何加强煤矿企业精神文明建设

在新形势下,煤矿企业在追求最大经济效益的同时,必须加强精神文明建设,才能进一步向前发展。如何加强精神文明建设呢?笔者认为:应该在加强领导;加强职工思想道德建设;加强企业文化建设上下功夫。
