关于加快发展怀化现代农业的思考

怀化农业大而不强、基础差、底子薄、农民收入不高。在当前和今后一个时期,怀化市要把推进农业产业化、加快发展现代农业作为一项重要任务,实现传统农业向现代农业转变。
