通过历史文献、个别访谈系统总结了罗清生的重视理论联系实际、重视师资培养和重视教材建设,即"三重视"教育思想。罗清生是我国现代兽医教育和家畜传染病学的奠基人之一,全面学习、深入领会罗清生"三重视"兽医教育思想对于探讨中国现代兽医教育、推进家畜传染病防治有着重要的学术价值和现实意义。

This paper summarized Luo Qing-sheng＇ s theory of emphasizing to integrating theory with practice, teachers training and textbook compilation through historical documents and-individual interviews. Luo Qing-sheng is one of the founders of China＇ s modern veterinary education and animal infectious diseases, so it has important academic value and practical significance for the development of modern veterinary education by comprehensive learning and in-depth understanding Luo Qing-sheng＇ s thought of ＂three emphasis＂ on veterinary education.
