内插矩形翼纵向涡发生器的强化传热圆管性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过三维数值模拟,对不同倾角α下的内插矩形翼纵向涡发生器的强化传热圆管的传热、阻力及综合换热性能(PEC)进行研究,并对其流动及传热机理进行分析。结果表明:在所研究范围内,强化传热圆管的努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f均高于光管,其努塞尔数比光管提高了68%~147.8%,阻力系数比光管提高了159.7%~1 437.9%;随倾角的增大,强化传热圆管的Nu及f持续增大,PEC值持续降低。 The heat transfer,resistance performance and the value of performance evaluation criterion(PEC)of the circular tube with rectangle wings longitudinal vortex generators at different wing angle(α)were studied by 3Dnumerical simulation.The mechanisms of flow and heat transfer were analyzed.The results show that the Nusselt numbers Nuand the friction factors f of the enhanced circular tube are higher than those of the plain tube in the studied range.As compared with the plain tube,the Nusselt numbers Nuof the enhanced circular tube is increased by 68%~147.8%and the friction factor fof the enhanced circular tube is increased by 159.7%~1 437.9%;The Nusselt number Nuand the friction factor fare consistently increased while the value of performance evaluation criterion PEC is consistently decreased with increasing wing angle.
