摘要 针对以往矿热炉冶炼关键参数检测方法存在的问题,提出一种非接触式磁场检测法。根据矿热炉电路结构及电磁场相关理论,构建矿热炉磁场模型,设计开发出三维磁场阵列检测系统;通过系统采集的炉外磁场分布信息,描绘出炉内电流分布特性,进而得知其冶炼关键参数。现场实验结果表明,三维磁场阵列检测系统所采集的数据可反映出电极端部位置、电弧长度及熔池液面位置等冶炼关键参数。 Aiming at the existing problems of the detection methods of key smelting parameters of submerged arc furnaces(SAF)in the past,a new non-contact magnetic field array detection method is proposed.According to the circuit structure of SAF and relative theory of electromagnetic field,a SAF magnetic field model is established,and the three-dimension magnetic field array measurement system is designed and developed.By the magnetic field distribution information outside of the SAF,the current distribution characteristics in the furnace can be described,then the key smelting parameters are obtained.The field experimental results show that the data collected by the magnetic field array measurement system can reflect the key smelting parameters including the position of electrode tip,the length of electric arc.
