春节期间眼外伤住院患者的临床分析

The clinical analysis of inpatients with ocular injury in Spring Festival period

目的分析春节期间眼外伤住院患者的临床特点和治疗预防措施。 方法对2015年春节期间我院住院的眼外伤29例（31眼）进行回顾性研究，分析其年龄分布、损伤性质及致伤原因。结果年龄分布以0～10岁儿童居多（占51.72%），致伤原因以烟花鞭炮炸伤居多（占51.61%）。 结论春节期间应积极预防眼外伤，加强儿童监护，宣传推行禁放烟花爆竹。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment and preventive measures of inpatients with ocular injury in Spring Festival period. Methods Thirty-one eyes of 29 inpatients with ocular injury in 2015 Spring Festival period were collected. The causes of injury, traumatic classification and the age distribution were analyzed retrospectively. Results The most common age group of inpatient distribution was 0- 10 years old （51.72%）, and the most common causes of ocular injury were fireworks and cracker （51. 61% ）. Conclusion Prevention of ocular injury actively in Spring Festival period is important, and we should strengthen the publicity of keeping away fireworks and cracker.
