摘要 采用热塑性树脂PEK-C(酚酞基聚芳醚酮)和核壳粒子复合增韧EP(环氧树脂)胶粘剂,并探讨了不同核壳粒子掺量对该EP胶粘剂粘接性能和耐热性的影响。研究结果表明:当w(PEK-C)=45%、w(核壳粒子)=10%(均相对于胶粘剂质量而言)时,EP胶粘剂的韧性相对最好,其23℃时的滚筒剥离强度达到99.43(N·mm)/mm;核壳粒子不会明显降低EP胶粘剂的耐热性;两种增韧体系的增韧效果较好,相应EP胶粘剂具有良好的粘接性能、耐热性和耐久性。 The EP (epoxy resin) adhesive was toughened by thermoplastic resin PEK-C (cardo polyetherketone) and core-shell rubber particle, and the influences of different core-shell rubber particle contents on the bonding properties and heat resistance of EP adhesive were discussed. The research results showed that the EP adhesive had the relatively best toughness because its drum peel strength at 23 ℃ was 99.43 (N·mm)/mm when mass fractions of PEK-C and core-shell rubber particle were 45% and 10% respectively in adhesive. The core-shell rubber particle will not obviously reduce the heat resistance of EP adhesive. The two kinds of toughening systems had the better toughening effect'because the corresponding EP adhesive had the good bonding property, heat resistance and durability.
