摘要
以环氧树脂(EP)为基体、改性脂肪胺(牌号593)为固化剂,通过探讨稀释剂(牌号692)、消泡剂(牌号B-233)、硅烷偶联剂(牌号KH-560)、水泥及试验龄期等对EP砂浆力学性能的影响,制备了流动性较好的高强度EP砂浆。研究结果表明:当m(EP)∶m(593)∶m(692)∶m(B-233)∶m(KH-560)∶m(水泥)∶m(砂子)=100∶28∶10∶0.75∶3∶200∶300时,制备的EP砂浆之综合性能相对最好(流动度为275 mm、1 d压缩强度为90 MPa和1 d弯折强度为35 MPa),在建筑领域具有重要的应用价值。
With epoxy resin(EP) as matrix, modified aliphatic amine (grade 593) as curing agent, the high strength EP mortar with better fluidity was prepared by discussing influences of some factors[such as the diluent (grade 692), defoaming agent (grade B- 233 ), silane coupler (grade KH- 560), cement, and test instar] on the mechanical property of EP mortar. The research results showed that the EP mortar had the relatively best combination property because its fluidity was 275 mm, compression strength at 1 d was 90 MPa, and bucking strength at 1 d was 35 MPa when mass ratio of m(EP) :m(593) : m(692) : rn(B-233) : m(KH-560) : re(cement) : m (sand) was 100:28 : 10 : 0.75 : 3 : 200: 300, so it had the important application value in building field.
