摘要
以异丙醇水溶液为介质,采用光催化还原法制备了三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)/石墨烯复合材料;然后以Sb_2O_3/石墨烯作为增韧改性剂,制备出增韧改性水溶性PF(酚醛树脂)。研究结果表明:当w(Sb_2O_3/石墨烯)=1.5%时(相对水溶性PF质量而言)时,水溶性PF的冲击强度升至14.87 kJ/m^2、临界应变能释放率(GIC)达到412 J/m^2和临界应力强度因子(K_(IC))达到1.68 MPa·m^(0.5);改性水溶性PF的增韧效果良好,其断面呈韧性破坏特征,并且表现出良好的断裂韧性。
With sopropyl alcohol aqueous solution as medium, the antimony trioxide (Sb2O3)/graphene composite was prepared by photocatalytic reduction. Then, with Sb2OJgraphene as toughening agents and modifiers, so the toughened and modified water-soluble PF (phenolic resin) was prepared. The research results showed that the impact strength was increased to 14.87 kJ/m^2, critical strain energy release rate (Gic) was 412 J/m^2, and critical stress intensity factor(K^IC) was 1.68 MPa·m^0.5 when mass fraction of Sb2O3/graphene was 1.5% in water-soluble PF. The modified water-soluble PF had the good toughening effect because its cross section had the ductile failure characteristic, and its fracture toughness was good.
