中俄经贸合作的现实基础及战略优化研究

Research on Realistic Foundation and Strategic Optimization of Sino-Russia Economic and Trade Cooperation

进入21世纪后,借助地缘优势、国际政治环境需要,双方良好政治关系、文化认同等利好因素,中俄经贸合作明显提速。但在中俄经贸合作中也存在一些问题,包括商品贸易过于低度化、单一化、双边贸易不平衡、贸易规模偏小、产品结构不合理等,一定程度上影响了两国经贸合作的进一步发展。通过研究优化中俄经贸合作契机,提出了扩大贸易规模、持续改善贸易结构、开启服务贸易与劳务合作、加大对外直接投资等对策建议。

Entering 21 th Century, with geographical advantage, demand of international political environment, bilateral fine political relations and culture cognition, the Sino-Russia economic and trade cooperation obviously accelerates. But there were some problems including lowerization and simplification of commodity trade, imbalance in bilateral trade, smaller trade scale and unreasonable product structure, which impacted the further development of the economic and trade development. By studying the opportunity of optimizing Sino-Russia economic and trade cooperation, this paper puts forward countermeasure to enlarge trade scale, continue to improve trade structure, initialize service trade and labor cooperation, and enlarge direct foreign investment.
