红缘天牛成虫对葡萄挥发物的EAG和行为反应 被引量:5

摘要 为了研制对红缘天牛成虫具有较强引诱活性的诱剂,从其寄主植物葡萄的植株中选取6种挥发物,即1-戊烯-3-醇、亚油酸甲酯、4-甲基-1-戊醇、反式-2-己烯-1-醇、罗勒烯和乙酸乙酯,以前5种为单组分诱剂,并且将它们与乙酸乙酯按照不同组分和比例配制成14种多组分配方,用来测试红缘天牛成虫对这些诱剂的触角电位(EAG)和嗅觉行为反应.结果表明:对雌虫的EAG测试中,只有1-戊烯-3-醇的引诱活性较大,与对照相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);行为反应测试中,组合配方P1、P2、P3和P8、反式-2-己烯-1-醇对雌虫的引诱活性较大.雄虫的EAG反应结果中,亚油酸甲酯、4-甲基-1-戊醇、1-戊烯-3醇、P1等都对雄虫具有EAG活性,但只有亚油酸甲酯和4-甲基-1-戊醇与对照之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);行为反应方面,罗勒烯、4-甲基-1-戊醇、P1、P2和P3等对雄虫具有引诱活性,罗勒烯的活性最大.由此认为,对于雌虫,组合配方的引诱活性总体上要好于单一组分;对于雄虫,单一组分的引诱活性要好于组合配方. To develop the attractant with highly attractive activity to A sias halodendri adults, six volatiles of its host-plant Vitis vinifera were selected, i.e. 1-penten-3-ol, methyl linoleate, 4-methyl-l-pentanol, trans-2-hexen-l-ol, oeimene and ethyl acetate. The former five kinds of compounds were adopted as single attractant, and were composed with ethyl acetate to make fourteen kinds of multicomponent formula with different component and proportion. In order to test the effect of these attractants on the adults of A sias halodendri, electroantennogram (EAG) and behavioral response experiments were employed on them. The results showed that, as for the EAG tests of female adults, only the single component 1-penten-3-ol showed higher attractive activity, and the difference compared with the control had statistic significance (P 〈 0.05 ). In the behavioral response of female adults, the formula P1, P2, P3, P8 and trans-2-hexen-l-ol showed highly attractive activity. As for the EAG response of male adults, methyl linoleate, 4-methyl-l-pentanol, 1-penten-3-ol and P1 had attractive activi- ty, but only the difference of methyl linoleate and 4-methyl-l-pentano compared with the control had statistic significance (P〈 0.05). In the tests of behavioral response of male adults, ocimene, 4-methyl-1-pentanol, P1, P2 and P3 all had at- tractive activity, among which oeimene had the largest activity. Overall, as for the female adults of Asias halodendri, the muhicomponent formulas had higher attractive activity, and as for the male adults, the single component had higher attrac- tive activity.
