代议型抑或代表型:政协委员的主体性探究

Representative or Representational: the Subjectivity of the CPPCC Members

政协委员的主体性认知,是发挥委员主体作用的重要基础。代议型和代表型,是当前政治参与的两种主体性表现。从民主表现、民主理念、参与方式、运行机制、服务对象以及职业身份等方面来分析,我国政协委员主体性呈现出的是代表型特征。党的领导是代表型委员产生的基础,群众路线是代表型委员的运行理念,制度建设是代表型委员的履职保障。

The cognition on the subjectivity is important to play the role of CPPCC members. The representative and representational are the two main performance of the current political participation. Viewed from democratic performances, democratic ideas, participation, operating mechanisms, service object and professional identity, the subjectivity of CPPCC members is the representational. CPPCC Party leadership, the mass route and the system construction are important components of CPPCC member representation.
