以软权力促进两岸统一研究

The Reunification of the Both Sides of the Taiwan Straits under the View of Soft Power

软权力是国家权力资源的重要组成部分。我国拥有丰厚的软权力资源,历代在以软权力促进和巩固国家统一方面积累了丰富的经验,为了两岸和平的不断发展和巩固,有必要构建软权力战略并以之促进两岸统一。具体措施是:积极争取国际社会支持,改善两岸关系的外部环境;展示和宣传大陆民主建设的成就;深化经济合作,厚植两岸共同利益;扩大文化交流,增强民族认同;密切人民往来,融洽同胞感情;平等协商,推动两岸关系制度化。

Soft power is integral to a nation＇ s power resources. China is in possession of a great resource of soft power, accumulating abundant experience in terms of propelling and consolidating national reunification with soft power in history. In order of developing and reinforcing the peace between the both sides of the Taiwan Straits, it is necessary to build a strategy based on soft power and promote the reunification of both sides. There are several special measures, namely： struggling for international backing and bettering the external environment of both sides; showing and advertising the achievements of democratic construction in mainland; deepening economic cooperation to share mutual benefits ; extending cultural exchanges to add to people＇ s recognition ; increasing individuals＇ interaction to advance friendly relations among compatriots ; setting fair negotiation to institutionalize the relationship of both sides.
