摘要 榆社县的土滩秧歌和霸王鞭都发源于古代社会的社火文化,有着自己独特的艺术魅力:霸王鞭结合舞蹈和体育于一身,表演动感十足,有极强的观赏性。土滩秧歌既有规模庞大的广场舞表演形式,又有故事情节完整的情景小戏。在现代文明的冲击下,这两种艺术都出现了演出范围狭窄、观众少、演员少、资金窘迫等尴尬局面,文化部门只有积极采取措施,通过宣传普及、培养专业人才、搜集整理资料、结合旅游文化等,才能使这一民间艺术得以发展传承。 The "Tutan" Yangko and the "Bawangbian" are originated in the ancient society. They have their own unique artistic charm: the combination between dance and sports, dynamic and highly ornamental. The "Tutan" Yangko performances include large square dance and opera performances. Under the impact of modern civilization, these two kinds of art feature as narrow range of performances, less audience and fewer actors, less capital and other embarrassing situation. Cultural departments should take active measures to promote the inheritance and development of folk art by advertising, training professionals, collecting relevant data, combing with tourism culture and so on.
