摘要
目前高校资助育人工作并不完善,存在较大的供需矛盾。供给方面,工作人员配备、工作内容的认知和工作机制的模糊无法与经济困难学生的多维度需求实现对接,这为学校社会工作介入资助育人提供了空间和可能性。在介绍、学习了美国、香港学校社会工作模式之后,认为以政府大力推动社会组织向学校派驻社会工作者的模式来开展育人工作是一个可行的途径,可以在社会工作发展相对成熟的城市优先开展试点工作,同时要注意提供组织和专业人才的支持。社会工作者可以以服务提供者、资源整合者、协调者的角色来介入资助育人工作。
The current funding education in colleges is not perfect, there are obvious contradiction between supply and demand. On the supply,the staff,job content,and Working mechanism cannot achieve docking with the Multi-dimensional demand of students with financial difficulties, which provides space and possibility for the intervention of school social work in funding education. After introduction the United States and Hongkong model, the paper proposes the government to vigorously promote social organizations stationed social workers to the school to conduct educational work, give priority to carry out the pilot work in the relatively mature city, and we should pay attention to provide organizational and professional support. Social workers as service providers, integration of re- sources, the role of coordinator to intervene in the funding education.
