摘要
从学生视角出发,以促进学生发展为核心理念,通过问卷与访谈形式,对陕西省5所高校研究生导师制的实施现状进行了调查。结果显示:当前导师职责的体现度较差,导师的学历层次、学科背景、是否承担行政职务及承担课题数量等因素显著影响其对研究生的认知、学习指导与监督、学术与科研引领、及人格培养和生涯指导。基于此,建议通过界定导师职责、量化考核内容、建立研究生培养信息公开制等措施,构建可操作性更强的导师制。
This essay utilized questionnaire and interview to conduct an investigation of the current status of advisers' mechanism in 5 colleges of Shaanxi Province in the perspective of students' development. The result showed that such factors are involved as diploma level, disciplinary background, administrative post, research project, etc. in graduates' perception, learning tutor and supervision, academic and research direction, personalities and career development. This reflects institutional deficiencies. It thus considers the specific steps to be taken in the areas of advisers' obligations, quantified assessment, information disclosure, etc. to a highly efficient tutoring system.
