精草铵膦原药高效液相色谱分析方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 精草铵膦是一种广谱触杀型除草剂。采用高效液相色谱法,以硫酸铜+乙腈+水为流动相,使用SUMICHIRAL OA-5000L为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在254 nm波长下对精草铵膦原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.994 4,标准偏差为0.032,变异系数为0.035%,平均回收率为99.50%。 Glufos inate-P is a kind of non-selective contact herbicide, used for control of a wide range of weeds. A method for separation and quantitative analysis of glufosinate-P was established by HPLC, using acetonitrile, copper sulphate and water as mobile phase, on SUMICHIRAL OA-5000L chiral column and DAD at 254 nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.994 4, the standard deviation was 0.032, the variable coefficient was 0.035%, and the average recovery was 99.50%.
