摘要
推进供给侧结构性改革,离不开土地制度和政策支持。在分析供给侧结构性改革对土地制度需求的基础上,剖析了现行土地制度中与供给侧结构性改革不相适应的地方,并从创新土地供应制度、土地用途管制制度、土地收储制度,以及土地税费制度等方面提出了促进供给侧结构性改革的对策建议。
The promotion of supply side structural reform cannot go without the support from land system and policy. Based on the analysis of the demand of supply side structural reform on land system, this paper has revealed the conflict between the current land system and supply side structural reform. In addition, this paper has also put forward some solutions and suggestions in respect of supply side structural reform from the innovation of land supply system, land purpose control system, land purchase and reserve system and land tax system, etc.
