鸦胆子油乳注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion Injection Combined with GP Regimen in Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和对生存质量的影响。方法:将96例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例。对照组采用GP方案治疗,治疗组在GP方案化疗的同时给予鸦胆子油乳注射液静脉滴注,比较两组患者临床疗效和生存质量改善情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组有效率为81.25%,对照组有效率为66.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生存质量比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳注射液联合GP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion Injection combined with GP regimen in treatment of advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer （NSCLC） and its effect on quality of patients＇ life. Methods：Ninety-six patients with Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 48 ） and control group （n = 48 ）. The control group was treated with GP regimen. The patients in the treatment group were given intravenous infusion of Brucea javanica oil emulsion Injection. The clinical curative effect and the quality of patients＇ life of both groups were compared. Results：After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 81.25 %, and that of the control group was 66.67%, with the difference being statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, patients＇ quality of life of the treatment group was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Brucea javaniea oil emulsion Injection combined with GP chemotherapy in treatment of advanced Non- small Cell Lung Cancer can achieve significant clinical efficacy.
