基于体质学说论中医药防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病

Application of TCM Constitution Theory in Prevention and Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发病与患者的遗传和基因多态性联系密切,中医体质学说与现代医学遗传学、基因组学的理论不谋而合,以中医体质学说为切入点开展中医药防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病基础和临床研究具体可从以下3个方面进行:1开展非酒精性脂肪性肝病常见体质类型客观化、标准化研究;2非酒精性脂肪性肝病不同体质类型中医药干预方案规范化研究;3中医食疗在非酒精性脂肪性肝病防治中的应用和推广研究。

There is a close relationship between the incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and human＇s heredity and genetic polymorphisms in patients. TCM Constitution Theory shares a lot with modern medical genetics and genomics. In perspective of TCM Constitution Theory, basic and clinical research of the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver can be carried out from the following three aspects ： （1） Carry out the objectification and standardization research on common constitution types of non- alcoholic fatty liver;（2） Carry out the application and popularization research of traditional Chinese dietary therapy in prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.
