摘要
第三方物流企业在实施客户经理制的过程中存在客户经理的角色定位不清、企业内部协调难度大、优秀客户经理人才缺乏和客户经理配套管理机制不足等问题。针对以上问题从五个方面提出第三方物流企业实施客户经理制的对策。
Some problems,such as inaccurate position for client managers,hard interior coordination,lack of talents and necessary management mechanism,exist in the course of implementing client manager system in the third-party logistics company.In view of the problems above,this article proposed strategies from five aspects for the implementation of the client manager system.
