医学生人文素质缺失的成因、危害和对策

Medical Students Lack of Quality of Humanities——Analysis of causes,impacts,and solutions

为了推动高等医学院校学生人文素质建设,针对日益突出的医患冲突,切实提高医学工作者的临床沟通能力。通过对部分在校医学生的问卷调查和个别访谈,并查阅资料,对照各周边院校的教育得失,阐释医学生人文素质缺失的原因及造成的严重影响,提出人文素质构建的重要性和迫切性,倡导医学人文教育理念的更新和提出具体实施人文素质教育的办法。呼吁给医学生更多的时间和空间,将其人文知识内化为人文素质。

In order to promote the quality of humanities for the students of medical schools,and effectively improve the clinical communication skills of the medical workers in view of the increasingly prominent doctor-patient conflict,a research was carried out through questionnaire surveys,personal interviews with local medical students,and information researches.By comparing the successes and failures of humanities education among local universities and colleges,this article analyzed the causes and serious impacts resulted from lacking of quality of humanities,put forward that it is important and urgent to build the quality of humanities for medical students,advocated the concept of medical humanities education to update and make specific implementation on the quality of humanities education,and appealed to provide extra time and opportunities for medical students to transfer their knowledge of humanities to quality of humanities.
