运用人本理念解决高职院师资建设矛盾刍议

Discussion on Applying Human-oriented Concept to Solving Contradictions Existing in Teacher Construction of Vocational and Technical College

目前,高职院校师资队伍中存在着人才引进与使用的矛盾、人才合理流动与可持续发展的矛盾及不同岗位角色之间的矛盾等,这些主要矛盾呼唤以人为本的管理理念,高职教育管理者应在全面分析的基础上,结合高职院校的特点,充分发挥教师的主导作用,引导他们合理进行职业生涯规划,理顺群体关系以促进群际和谐,最终达到解决矛盾的目的。

At present there exist prevalent contradictions in teacher construction of vocational and technical college,such as contradiction between introduction and application of assets,contradiction between reasonable flow and sustainable development,and contradiction between different job roles.The main contradictions call for human-oriented management concept.Based on comprehensive analysis,administrators of vocational and technical college should combine the features of its own,fully encourage teachers' initiatives,lead teachers to make career plan reasonably and smooth group relationship to facilitate harmony.In this way the contradictions will be finally removed.
