摘要
项目后评估的主要作用在于总结项目的经验教训和修订、组织今后项目的决策准则和政策。多数项目在实施完毕、经过一段时间的运营之后还需要作后评估,项目后评估有两个主要目的,一是对项目实际情况前出客观评价,二是对前评估及其相关决策的正确性进行评估。
The major function of post project evaluation is to summarize the experiences and lessons of the project and assist to map out the policy.Post project evaluation is necessary for most projects after the implementation and operation,with the main purposes of making objective evaluation on the practical situation and evaluating the pre project evaluation and the relevant policy.
