摘要
现从档案管理工作、档案工作科技化的发展趋势入手,论述"现代化"生活对档案管理人员的新要求及档案工作人员必备的素质,并对档案管理科技化的现状与改进措施进行研究。
This article,starting from the research on the management of archive and its developing trend,discussed the demand of modernized life to archive workers and the necessary qualities.It also researched the current situation and the reform measures.
