摘要
对烟草企业来说,如何顺应良好市场环境,抓住机遇加快企业的发展是目前的首要任务。如何集中企业的有限资源,将发展的重点集中在增加核心竞争力上,是企业要面对的重要问题。而如何处理占据企业大量精力的物流管理问题,则是企业要面对的一个重要的决策。第三方物流企业可以协助其完成企业的物流管理,本文就烟草介入第三方物流的相关背景和条件作了一些探讨。
The primary tasks currently for tobacco industries are how to conform to the benign market environment and seize the opportunity to accelerate the development of enterprises.How to focus on increasing the core competitiveness by integrating the limited resources is a crucial issue faced by the enterprises. Since the third-party logistics enterprises can assist the enterprises to manage the logistics,this paper probes into the involvement of the third-party logistics.
