摘要
关键绩效指标方法(KPI)是一种重要的绩效考核工具,它结合了目标管理和量化考核的思想,通过对目标层层分解的方法使得各级目标(包括团队目标和个人目标)不会偏离组织战略目标,可以很好地衡量团队绩效以及团队中个体的贡献,起到很好的价值评价和行为导向的作用。现针对关键绩效指标方法(KPI)做一个文献综述。
The Key Performance Indicators(KPI)is one kind of important achievements inspection tool.It unified the goal management and the quantification inspection thought,Through the method which layer upon layer decomposes to the goal causes all levels of goals(including team goal and individual goal)cannot deviate the organization strategic target,may weigh in well the team achievements as well as the team the individual contribution,plays the very good value appraisal and the behavior guidance role for ease of conducts the further research to this method,this article makes a literature summary to essential achievements target method(KPI).
