摘要
传统的阅读将重点放在辨认词义、分析语法结构、解释难句等微观技能的训练上,却忽视了句子与句子之间、段落与段落之间或贯穿整个篇章的内在联系。现介绍语篇衔接理论,使学习者宏观把握语篇,了解所读文章的框架结构以及作者的意图和思路,挖掘文章字里行间所隐蔽的深层意思和准确掌握文章的主题,最终提高阅读理解水平。
The traditional way of teaching English reading focuses on some miracle trainings such as how to identify meanings,analyses grammar structures,explain difficult sentences,while ignoring the inner relationship between sentences,paragraphs and even the whole passage.Through introduction of the discourse cohesion,this article makes students grasp the macro discourse,understand frame structures of a discourse and author's intentions,dig deep meanings between the lines and actually grasp the theme of a discourse in order to improve students'reading comprehension level.
