Based on the analysis of the crux of a social problem,rural labor lack,which results in an inharmonious social climate,this paper studies and researches the feasible solutions so as to stimulate the stable,sustaining and harmonious development of Chinese socialist market economy and promote the construction of a harmonious socialism society.
