关于我国高等教育公平的研究

On China's Higher Education Equality

社会公平是人类的崇高理想和永恒的价值理念,高等教育是促进社会公平的重要途径和手段。随着经济发展和社会进步,高等教育公平成为社会关注的热点。现从公平的哲学解读为起点,揭示现阶段我国高等教育公平的内涵和特征,揭示高等教育产生不公平的因素,提出具有建设性的政策措施。

Social equality is the noble idea of humanity and eternal values.Higher education is an important way and approach to promote social equality.With the economic development and social progress,fair higher education becomes a focus of public attention.Proceeding with the philosophic interpretation of fairness, the author attempts to reveal the contents and characteristics of China's current higher education equality as well as the factors which lead to unfairness in higher education.The paper puts forward some constructive policies and measures which can be used to improve current China's higher education equality.
